If you would like delivery on a certain day, please leave us a note in the Delivery Instructions field in the shopping cart. 

What is the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders over HK$380, for orders less than HK$380 our shipping fee is HK$55.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver almost everywhere in Hong Kong, Kowloon, N.T and Outlying Islands (Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay)

What time will my delivery arrive?

We have a two convenient delivery slots to chose:

  • Slot A (9 am - 1 pm)
  • Slot B (1 pm - 7 pm)

Please let us know in the Delivery Instructions field in your shopping cart if you would like delivery on a certain day and we will deliver on your chosen day. 

How is my order delivered?

Orders are carefully packed in cartons and shipped out in temperature controlled frozen vans. 

When will my order be delivered?

We deliver orders within 1-3 working days after the order has been placed. If we are unable to deliver within this time we will email you.

Can I change delivery after placing order?

We will provide you with an SF Express tracking number in our shipping confirmation email.

What telephone number will the delivery driver call me from?

Please visit the SF express website to get information about your delivery driver's name and the telephone number they will call you from. Please keep your phone on as the driver will call you to confirm delivery before arriving. 

How long can I keep the foods?

Foods can be kept in freezer for up to 8 months, best before dates are marked on all products. 

What is your returns policy?

We do not accept returns on perishable and frozen food items. If you are in anyway unsatisfied please get in touch with us at info@gafell.com and we will do our best to help you. See our returns policy here

Do you deliver to Lamma Island?

We have no delivery service to Lamma Island.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

We deliver on most public holidays in Hong Kong.

Do you deliver during typhoon?

If typhoon signal 8 has been raised, all deliveries will be postponed to the next typhoon free day.
