What is the shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders over HK$380, for orders less than HK$380 our shipping fee is HK$55.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver everywhere in Hong Kong, Kowloon, N.T and Outlying Islands (Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay)*. For certain areas, delivery services are only available for time slot B - Afternoon (1 pm- 5 pm).
What time will my delivery arrive?
We have 3 convenient delivery slots to choose from for most areas:
A - Morning (9 am-1 pm)
B - Afternoon (1 pm- 5 pm)
C - Evening (5 pm - 7 pm)
Please let us know in the order comment (instructions) field in your shopping cart if you would like delivery on a certain day and we will deliver on your chosen day.
*What areas don't have time slots service?
We only deliver to the following areas during time slot B (1 pm - 5 pm).
Hong Kong Island: The Peak, Mid-Levels, Robinson Road, Caine Road, Stubbs Road, Old Peak Road, Happy Valley, Shek O, Stanley, Chung Hom Kok, Deep Water Bay, Repulse Bay, Tai Tam, Shouson Hill
Kowloon: Mei Foo, Yau Tong, Lam Tin
New Territories: Sai Kung, Sai Sha, Clear Water Bay, and certain villages.
Outlying Islands: Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay

How is my order delivered?
Orders are carefully packed in a Gafell carton and shipped out in temperature controlled frozen vans by SF Express.
When will my order be delivered?
We deliver orders within 1-3 working days after the order has been placed. If we are unable to deliver within this time we will email you.
Can I change delivery slot after placing order?
We will provide you with an SF Express tracking number in our shipping confirmation email. Please contact SF Express by phone or email to change delivery slot or get in touch with delivery driver. What telephone number will the delivery driver call me from?
Please visit the SF express website to get information about your delivery driver's name and the telephone number they will call you from.
How long can I keep the foods?
Foods can be kept in freezer for up to 8 months, best before dates are marked on all products.
What is your returns policy?

Do you deliver to Lamma Island?
We have no delivery service to Lamma Island.
Do you deliver on public holidays and during typhoon?
We do not deliver during Sundays and public holidays in Hong Kong. If typhoon signal 8 has been raised, all deliveries will be postponed to the next typhoon free day.
