How to heat?

Steam:
You can use a steamer to heat our meals, sauces and stews.
- Remove the paper sleeve, and tear open a corner of the plastic film.
- Place tray in steamer and steam for 8-12 minutes
- Carefully remove the tray as it is hot.
Microwave:
You can use a microwave to heat our meals, sauces and stews.
- Remove the paper sleeve, and tear open a corner of the plastic film.
- Place tray in the microwave and heat for 5-7 minutes on High (750W)
- Let the tray rest for 1 minute and carefully remove the tray as it is hot.
Oven:
You can use an oven to heat our meals, sauces and stews.
Our trays are oven proof up to 175°C / 350°F in convection ovens. Do not use small counter-top toaster-ovens that are common in Hong Kong as they get too hot.
- Remove the paper sleeve, and remove the plastic film.
- Place tray in middle of pre-heated oven at 175°C / 350°F
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let tray rest for 1 minute.
