I tried to make my own caulirice and it was a fail because it was too wet. I like my rice dry and in big grains, this caulirice is a good alternative to white rice. Although i needed to spread out the caulirice after heating to dry it out before eating otherwise the bottom will be wet. I gave 4 stars because the pieces were not as chunky as i would expect it to be, i think this was shredded instead of chopped but overall, the taste is good and will definitely order again.
