Ingredients

cauliflower, cashew bechamel (water, cashews, canola oil, tapioca flour, salt, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, white pepper), broccoli, mustard seed, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika

Allergens: cashew nuts

How it's made

• Fresh cauliflower and broccoli are cut and then blanched, they will actually cook during the reheating process in microwave. 
• The cheesy cream is made with raw cashew nuts and nutritional yeast.  

Cooking Instructions

Our chefs lovingly prepare each of our meals by hand. We then blast freeze our meals to keep the flavors and nutrition without any additives or preservatives required.

Microwave (750 Watt)  

Remove paper sleeve and tear open a corner of the plastic film (it's microwave safe!). Place in middle of microwave and heat for 5-6 minutes. Wait for 1 minute to let the heat distribute evenly before removing from microwave.

Please remember to recycle the packaging after you've enjoyed your meal!

Oven:

This dish is extra delicious and creamy when baked. Remove the frozen food from the tray into an oven safe dish. Bake at 180C for 25-30 minutes.
