Sashimi grade scallops steamed in a garlic, chili, white wine and parsley sauce. 

Enjoy with a bread and glass of white wine, or toss together with fresh cooked pasta.

Ingredients: scallops, sauce (cream, white wine, butter, parsley, garlic, salt, chili flakes)

Net weight: 230g

Cooking instructions (Microwave 750w-1000w):

  1. Peel back the film from one corner to allow steam to escape. 
  2. Heat on high for 2 minutes and 30 seconds - 3 minutes and 30 seconds. Time will vary depending on microwave. 
  3. Let rest for 1 minute before removing from microwave. 

Sashimi grade scallops can be enjoyed pink in the centre. Take care not to overcook.
