How it's made
  • We start by making a clean veggie stock with onions, carrots, celery, tomatoes and leeks that we cook for several hours. We then cook the quinoa together with the veggie stock.
  • The light and fresh tomato sauce is made with chopped tomatoes (canned without preservatives), finely chopped shallots and fresh basil.  
  • We then cook the shiitake and peel the edamame to bring the dish together before tossing in the veggie cooked quinoa.
