Ingredients

How it's made

  • We start by soaking the cashews in water and then make a creamy cashew milk for the bechamel. 
  • The flavor packed tomato sauce is made by frying firm tofu along with fresh shiitake mushrooms, eggplants and carrots. Then slow cooked to make a rich tomato sauce.  
  • The lasagne is layered with our lasagne sheets made from soybeans that we simmer before assembly. 

Cooking Instructions

Our chefs lovingly prepare each of our meals by hand. We then blast freeze our meals to keep the flavors and nutrition without any additives or preservatives required. 

Our cooking instructions are only a guide, all equipment differs so please adjust accordingly.

Microwave (750 Watt)  

Remove paper sleeve and poke a few holes with a knife or a fork in the plastic film (it's microwave safe!). Place in middle of microwave and heat for 7 minutes. Wait for 1 minute to let the heat distribute evenly before removing from microwave.

Traditional Oven (165°C)  - DO NOT USE TOASTER OVEN

Remove paper sleeve and plastic film. Place in middle of preheated oven and heat for 30 minutes. Wait for 5 minute to let the plastic tray cool down and regain it's rigidity. 

Do not reheat in toaster oven, as they exceed the temperature our tray can withstand, even on low settings.
