Maaaaate.....this baked pork chop rice exceeded all expectations. With this being a beloved local dish, I had my doubts with how a frozen version would turn out. But even after microwaving, the pork chop somehow still turned out tender which was amazing. And flavour was pretty good, it was sweet, it was tangy, just how it's supposed to be. Portion-wise also not bad, just enough and I devoured it in a blink.


I have the baked pork chop rice from local fast food chains as my comfort food, and this feels like much more healthier. It tastes good. The pork is fresh and tender. I like it. Yeah, it doesn't come in a large portion. But that's the point, for me.
