How it's made
- We soak the beans in water overnight, before slow cooking in our in-house stock until they become soft and creamy.
- Fresh red and yellow peppers and fried together with garlic and onion.
- Finish the dish by adding some fresh kale.

Microwave (750 Watt)
Remove paper sleeve and poke a few holes with a knife or a fork in the plastic film (it's microwave safe!). Place in middle of microwave and heat for 5 minutes. Wait for 1 minute to let the heat distribute evenly before removing from microwave.
