I’ve cooked spaghetti bolognese, lasagna, 螞蟻上樹 with this impossible meat, its texture and taste is great! A true alternative to real meat
I prefer the Impossible brick over the Impossible patties as I can season the brick the way I like. Also more flexibility as I can do patties, balls, mince etc. Only complaint is delivery. Both times I ordered, the delivery was not to what I specified. The first delivery was the wrong time slot and the second delivery was the wrong day of the week.
