I made three different dishes out of these stacks of Impossible meat: burger patties; steamed Cantonese style meat cake with added chopped dried shrimps & spring onions; and pan-fried meat balls with mashed chestnut fillings. I loved the meat cake most, but all three were delicious. I was pleasantly surprised by this plant-based product. One setback: difficult to separate the frozen patties, making it necessary to thaw five patties at one go.
As good a burger pattie as you could want. I am not a vegetarian, but with a burger, this good, why kill an animal?
I cooked simply with Air Fry. The taste was great though. Healthy meat :)
